Season of Change

In the midst of the growing season, I am in my season of change.
Change is good, change is hard, but without a doubt, change happens.
Even in the quietest of days,
change can grab you by surprise and quite possibly,
rock your world to the core of who you are becoming.
As change happens so do the waves of our lives.
The ebb and flow of time, like waves at the ocean’s edge,
gently tickling the shoreline, beckoning us to forge forward.
These waves are our careful reminder of where we need to be,

We need to be closer to God!

The owls will hoot and the midnight moon will shine a path,
leading you to where you need to be.
Change is unique to each soul on this planet,
no two life changing moments are ever the same.
Each life trip, each destiny quest into our future
can only be predetermined and known by God.
Our seasons of change, are our simple reminders,
We need to be closer to God!

The deepest of moments,
the tranquility of a shiny new evening
brought on by a glistening sleepy sun,
can only show us that all we do and all we have
are our gifts in the moment, our brief moments in life.

Our own unique season of change
can bring new dimensions in our thinking,
new depths in our relationship with God,
brought on by our own season of change.
As the earth comes to its midnight rest,
As the sun sets, and the moon glows
We are beckoned to listen to Gods calling, Gods truth,
We need to be closer to God.

Change can refuel our faith in God
and bring us closer in our relationship with him.
He calls our name on the brief breezes of the day,
only in these tiny, intricate, intimate moments in time
will he constantly meet us, and challenge us to change,
to change and evolve into who we were destined to be.

Giant thinkers, deal breakers, God lovers.
The ones to show the world our Beloved Jesus.
He molds and shapes our lives.
We are the ones, in this season of change,
destined to show others our Christ hearts!
The seasons of change can come and go
without a thought or care.
The seasons of change are our destiny
to develop ourselves into great believers
to bring us into a deeper relationship with God.

He calls us to our growing seasons,
He calls us to our seasons of change
He calls us, because He loves us so!
God wants a deeper, soul drenching relationship
Misty and dripping in love like the evening rains,
He gives us our enchanting seasons of change
Which can only make our heartstrings to God
more deeply rooted in his devotion and love.
In this growing season of your life,
plant your roots deep in Him.
